Customer requested that the whole external of the house be updated, including the landscaping.
The house had to be lifted to provide a level living environment before any work could be completed.
Once the house was level, New James Hardi siding was installed along with new vinyl windows with PVC blinds to the 2 new front windows. The exterior was painted with Sherwin Williams paint.
The attic insulation needed to be updated. The new insulation brought the R value to an R38, a great improvement.
To create that great curb appeal we provided some updated landscaping. The large tree that was next to the house was removed. it was the major cause of the causing some of the foundation issues.
New sod, shrubs, and mulch was placed around the home.
Once the customer saw the new curb appeal of the exterior, they requested a fresh coat of paint to the interior of the home.
